Above) Lovinia Jensen (1866-1903) was born in Salt Lake City. Her husband, Julius Jensen (1861-1906), was an immigrant from Denmark. They both died of pneumonia.

(Left) Michael Growley (1872-1902) died in the 1902 disaster at the Daly West and Ontario Mines.

The MHAers pass the large plots of the Terry, Kelly, Abbey, and Dunsmore families. William Terry (1861-1908) was a miner at the Daly Judge Mine. Hugh Russell Kelly (1876-1907) was one of the heroes of the Daly West-Ontario disaster in 1902.  He was one of the rescuers and later died from the after effects.  The Dunsmores originated in Scotland.  John (1863-1938) was a hoisting engineer at the Ontario, Daly West, Anchor, Judge, and Park Utah Mines.

Christopher Abbey (1863-1914), a miner, emigrated from Ireland. When he died of miners’ consumption, he left a wife, Isabelle, and 4 children. Next to his grave is that of their infant son, Christopher J. Abbey (1901-1906).

Above) Minnie (1861-1940) and Bartly McDonough (1854-1910) were both born in Ireland. In addition to being a miner at the Ontario, Bartly also served for 4 years as the Park City Marshall.  His funeral was said to be the largest in the mining camp up to that time.
